Trading floor · agent topology
Nineteen agents, the links they actually declare in their own instructions, and what each one has committed to memory. Click anyone to meet them.
Gold marks a step an agent performs. Everything else is deterministic code that runs whether or not any agent is available. All times UTC.
Nothing here is a daemon. An agent is one markdown file. It spawns when invoked, does the work, returns, and is gone. No process sits listening.
Links only run downward. A manager spawns a subordinate and reads its report. There is no peer channel and no broadcast — the ringed nodes are the only ones that can spawn anything at all.
The halo is what they know. Each ring is scaled to the entries that agent has committed to memory. They read their own before starting and search the whole floor before deciding anything.
The bus is the real nervous system. Anything that must outlive one agent, or cross the Mac/home-PC boundary, is a file in bus/ — an audit trail by construction.
